Shipping policy
We ship all items via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. We are not responsible for replacing items that are not delivered by or lost by the USPS. We do provide you with a tracking number and you can track your package or make claims on a lost, delayed, mis-delivered or damaged product via the USPS web site using that password. We are not responsible for replacing items that are not delivered if the address you supply is not your current and correct address.
